Customer Service Procedures & Conditions

1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This page tells you the procedures and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed in our website www.beautystore-europe.com to you. Please familiarise yourself with these procedures and conditions before you place an order as we reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders which do not comply with these terms even if your credit or debit card has been charged. You should understand that by ordering any of the products, you agree to be bound by these conditions. We reserve the right to amend these conditions from time to time.
The Website is operated by Kerinta UAB. We are registered in Lithuania under company registration number 303067007 and with our registered office at Laisvės pr. 60-1107, LT-05120 Vilnius, Lithuania, European Union.
2. TAKING ORDER AND PAYING
The contract for purchase of the product is formed when you have paid for it in full. After this you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging the details of your order.
There are following procedures of taking order and paying:

Adding an item to your shopping basket:
The shopping basket is where customers store the items they want to buy. Customers can always delete items from the shopping basket or save them for later if they change their mind. When you find the items you are interested in, click the "Add to Basket" button. You can add as many items to your shopping basket as you wish. When you have finished, click the "Basket" button in the top right of the page. This will take you to a page detailing the full contents of your shopping basket. Here you will have the option to delete items, if required. Once you are happy with your selection, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button to begin processing your order via credit/debit cards payment or select PayPal to pay via a PayPal account.

Creating an account (optional):
New customers optionally can create an account before proceeding with their order. This will take only few minutes and you will be able to store securely your delivery details for future orders. Previous customers may login using their email and password. When you click the "Register" button, the form which you will need to fill up appears. Your email address will become your "User" name, so, please double check that you have entered your email details correctly and choose a password for your account. beautystore-europe.com will email you a reminder of your log in details and you will be able to make changes in your orders and account information at any time.
Entering billing information:
"Billing information" column asks for your name and billing address. Please note that this must be the address where your credit card is registered.
Entering delivery address:
Customers can enter an alternative delivery address; registered customers have the option of selecting previously saved address.
Entering delivery options:
In this column customers can select a number of delivery options that suit their needs and budget.
Entering payment details:
In this column customers will be asked to choose payment method. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners cards and PayPal. If you experience any problems or require further assistance, please email our Customer Service team or call us on between 8.00am & 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you wish to cancel an order, please email to our customer service team (info@beautystore-europe.com ).
We take the risk of internet fraud very seriously. With the volume of fraudulent credit card transactions increasing, we make every effort to ensure all orders are thoroughly checked using the information already supplied. There is a possibility we may contact you to make additional security checks and we ask for your co-operation to enable us to complete them. Fraudulent transactions will not be tolerated by us and such transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Please note, that we are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
Our website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed may be incorrectly priced. We will rectify any such errors as soon as possible once we become aware of them. If a product's correct price is different from the price stated on our website, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods ordered are not available, you will be notified by e-mail (or by other means if no e-mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data provided by you when accessing or ordering from the Website.
3. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We accept orders for worldwide delivery. After you have placed your order online, we will send you an order confirmation email. Most items will be delivered to you within 5-28 work days. If we are unable to deliver the product to certain countries or delivery takes more time than estimated we will email to let you know this.   
If you order products from us for delivery outside the European Union, they may be subject to import duties and taxes or other charges which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes or other charges. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.

In the case of products which are delivered to you by signed-for delivery, you should inspect the products prior to signing for delivery. If you are not a consumer, we shall not be liable for any obvious damage or defects to products which would have been apparent on inspection at the point of delivery if you have signed-for the delivery of the products without noting on the delivery paperwork that the products are “damaged”. If upon such inspection at the point of delivery you discover damage or defects to products you should either refuse delivery or clearly write “damaged” on the delivery paperwork which you are requested to sign.

Once delivered, the products ordered will become your responsibility and, except in relation to products that are damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. We also accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified.
4. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.
Before attempting to return an order you will need to contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.
In case of purchasing products from within the European Union you have the right to cancel this contract and return ordered products from the receipt of the goods within 14 days without giving reason. If you cancel this contract before we started to the delivery process, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
In case of purchasing products from outside the European Union above discussed returns and refunds are operative only if the products you get are damaged or if we by mistake deliver wrong products.
Where you decide to cancel an order after we have dispatched the products, you will be under a duty to return them to us, at your own risk and to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. All such products should be returned within 28 days after the products have been delivered to you. Until such time as they are returned, you must retain possession of the products and take reasonable care of them. You should return the products to us unused and in the same condition in which you received them together with the original product packaging, by one of the means set out in our returns procedure.
In case of purchasing products within the European Union after you cancel your order and return the products, any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card/Paypal will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase except Paypal returns in store. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the order back from you.

Please note that we are unable to process your refund or exchange until we receive the product back. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. Please ensure that all items being returned are complete and securely sent.
In all cases inside and outside the European Union when products are damaged or mistakenly delivered we will be more than happy to return postage costs.   
If you are not satisfied with the way in which we have handled the return or replacement of any item, we want to hear about this. Our aim is to resolve the matter for you and ask that you please contact our customer service representatives at info@beautystore-europe.com
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Notwithstanding any other provision in the Terms, nothing in these Terms:

affect or limit your rights as a consumer under Lithuanian law; orwill exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

The Website is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties, whether express or implied, in relation to it and its use. You acknowledge that we cannot guarantee and cannot be responsible for the security or privacy of the Website and any information provided by you. You must bear the risk associated with the use of the Internet.

Whilst we will try to ensure that material included on the Website is correct, reputable and of high quality, we cannot accept responsibility if this is not the case. We will not be responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results obtained from the use of such information or for any technical problems you may experience with the Website. If we are informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Website we will attempt to correct this as soon as we reasonably can.

In particular, we disclaim all liabilities in connection with the following:
incompatibility of the Website with any of your equipment, software or telecommunications links;
technical problems including errors or interruptions of the Website;
unsuitability, unreliability or inaccuracy of the Website; and
failure of the Website to meet your requirements.

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any consequential or incidental damages (both of which terms includes, without limitation, pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure, loss of privacy and loss of data) or any other indirect, special or punitive damages whatsoever that arise out of or are related to the Website.
6. LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuanian and any disputes will be decided only by the Lithuanian courts.
